Refunds and Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns.
Received the wrong item: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us immediately with proof of damage. To process your claim, we require:
1. The name and email associated with the order (must match our records).
2. Original packaging with lot number and product details visible.
3. Clear photos and/or videos of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if accepted, we will provide next steps. Approved claims may receive a replacement or a refund.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued as in-store gift cards – no cash or credit refunds.
