Shipping Fees, Taxes & Duties

·         Customers are responsible for all taxes associated with their order. These costs will be calculated at checkout when applicable.

·         International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes, which vary by country. BRFZY does not control these charges and cannot predict their cost. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for more details before placing an order.

Shipping & Processing

·         Once your order is received, it will be 1 processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

·         Shipping times will vary by location and be displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method. Typical shipping times are 2-5 days in Canada and the USA.

·         Once an order has shipped, BRFZY is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Medical Device Compliance

·         BRFZY Recovery Boxer Briefs and Anatomical Gel Packs are Class 1 medical devices designed for post-surgical and athletic recovery. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Please ensure you select the correct size and review your order details before checkout. 

Damaged or Defective Items

·         If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us immediately with proof of damage. To process your claim, we require: 

1.      The name and email associated with the order (must match our records). 

2.      Original packaging with the lot number and product details visible. 

3.      Clear photos and/or videos of the issue. 

·         Please send the required details to contact@brfzy.com and our team will assist you in resolving the issue. 

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

·         Once an order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to complete delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, or if it was lost in transit, please: 

1.      Check with neighbours or your local delivery office in case it was misdelivered. 

2.      Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim. 

3.      Notify BRFZY at contact@brfzy.com with your claim details, and we will do our best to assist you. 

·         BRFZY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have left our facility, but we will work with you to find a resolution where possible. BRFZY reserved the right to update this policy at anytime.
