How to use:

• Heat/freeze Anatomical Gel Pack for desired effect. Refer to Care & instructions.
• Hold the Recovery Boxer Brief waistband, step into the leg holes & pull up to your waist.
• Locate exterior opening to desired therapy region & insert Anatomical Gel Pack straight down. Gently adjust for fit.

Care & instructions:

• For heat therapy, microwave Anatomical Gel Pack in 15 second intervals, until desired temperature is reached.
• For cold therapy, keep Anatomical Gel Pack in freezer for at least 2 hours.
• To clean Anatomical Gel Pack, gently wash with cold water & mild soap, then allow it to fully air dry before reheating or refreezing.
• To clean Recovery Boxer Brief, machine wash cold on gentle cycle & tumble try low. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
