I didn’t plan on starting a recovery brand. I just knew something was missing.

At 20 years old, I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. What followed were surgeries, hormonal disruptions, and a recovery process that no one really prepares you for—not physically, not emotionally, and definitely not as a young man trying to keep moving forward.

The truth is, I didn’t feel seen. I didn’t feel supported. And when I went looking for tools to help me heal—gear that actually supported my body and my life—I came up empty. Everything felt outdated, impersonal, or like it was made as an afterthought.

So I started BRFZY while I was still in recovery. Not because I had all the answers, but because I had questions no one seemed to be asking:

Why are men expected to tough it out in silence?

Why does recovery gear feel so clinical, so uncomfortable—or just nonexistent?

Why aren’t we designing products that reflect the real experiences of people healing from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions?

I began connecting with others—guys recovering from sports injuries, cancer survivors like me, and people dealing with pelvic pain no one talks about. The conversations were honest, emotional, and eye-opening. We all deserved better.

So I went to work—with designers, medical experts, and patients—to create something functional, supportive, and human. BRFZY isn’t just a brand. It’s a response to a system that forgot the part that doesn’t stop when you leave the doctor’s office.

Our first product? A recovery brief designed to reduce swelling, hold hot/cold packs where they actually need to be, and prevent chafing and irritation. Simple. Smart. Made for real bodies in real pain.

BRFZY is about making recovery support accessible, dignified, and even covered by insurance—from the moment
you leave the hospital.

Our mission is to give people tools that help them heal with comfort and confidence.

Our vision is a world where recovery is taken seriously—where men and women get the support they need without having to fight for it.
